We bought one of their baseball bats for my son, back in June, for his birthday. In less than two months time, a significant amount of paint has chipped off of the bat. It doesnt look good, and it is embarrassing to him, to the point that he doesnt want to use it. When I contacted the company about the issue, they told me to send it to them and they would replace it. However, I just received an email from their company yesterday now telling me that they will not replace the bat.Business response

In reference to the specific complaint, I have attached documentation of the correspondence where the customer was offered replacement of the product multiple times without reply. I am rejecting this response because:The company indeed said that they would replace the bat. This is after they initially told me that that paint chipping was not covered by their warranty. Regardless, I would very much like the bat replaced. However, they are requiring me to get a box & pay for shipping. On top of that, they are requiring that I send in my son’s bat prior to replacement, thus leaving my son without a bat. This is unacceptable. He plays baseball year round. Leaving him without a bat for any period of time is not alright. Ultimately, he is being punished for their faulty product. So, for this issue to be resolved, I would like for the company to send the replacement bat, with postage. I will return the faulty bat immediately after receiving the new one.
