Wednesday May 17, 2023 I signed a contract with Baker EventCo to provide livestream service for our wedding that was held on Thursday May 25, 2023. Two days before the wedding event, ***** Baker the owner sent us the link that we shared with our out of town families so they could watch the wedding ceremony and part of the reception. The link never worked, basically no one was able to watch the event. My husband and I have asked ***** for a full refund, he has refused claiming we did not give him the correct information about internet at the venue. In addition he is claiming he was not given enough details about the wedding, and that we hired him last minute etc, etc. We feel it was not our responsibility to tell ****** how to do his job, every livestream production requires internet so I am not sure what information he needed from us provided that we had given him the venue address and also our wedding planner was in communication with him. The sole purpose of us getting into a contract with Baker EventCo was for a livestream service and they failed to provide that service on the date of the event. ***** claims the downloaded ******* video he sent to us should suffice as work completed but that's why we hired a videographer for us to watch the wedding after the 25th.Customer response
