The business is unwilling to cancel an order that has not shipped. They posted the incorrect shipping date, nd when the item was not shipped by 5eir posted date, they were unwilling to refund the item. they also stated 5at asking for. Refund would result in termination of my account with their business.I wanted to find out if it was legal for. Business to force. Customer to buy unwanted goods.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:they have issued a refund. I guess I had been trying to find out if you could ****** any action against their business practices, but it sounds like that is beyond your scope. My misunderstanding. Thank you for your time.
At this time, I have not been contacted by MVP Sports and Games regarding complaint ID ********.
