Gosia's Pierogies is completely unreliable! DO NOT use this company for your fundraiser.I tried to use Gosia's Pierogies for a fundraiser for our school. The school had used this company in 2021 for a pierogi fundraiser, and they contacted us on January 11, 2022 to repeat the fundraiser. On February 7, we confirmed the fundraiser with a delivery date of March 24 with Gosia needing the final order by March 17. The order for 226 pierogies was sent on March 16. It was also confirmed on that date that the order was received. On March 22, we were informed that due to "supply chain issues" the delivery would be postponed for a week until March 31. On March 30, we were informed that the owner was sick over the weekend, and they needed to postpone delivery yet again. I even offered to pick up the pierogies. A delivery date of April 7 was agreed on. On April 3, I emailed to confirm the delivery date. On Monday, April 4, I received an email, again confirming the delivery of the pierogies that Thursday. Later that day, I received an email informing me that 20 dozen of the pierogies that we ordered would be delivered the following Monday. I agreed that we could work with that, but confirmed that the rest of the pierogies would be delivered on Thursday, April 7 with the missing pierogies coming over the weekend. On Wednesday, April 6, at 6:30 PM, I received an email that the driver did not want to deliver twice to us, and that all of the pierogies would be delivered on Monday, April 11. I informed them that less than 24 hours was too late to cancel the delivery. We needed the order on April 7. At this point, I am informed that they don't have 60 of the 226 dozen ready for us, again stating supply chain, and they would not be able to deliver that day. At this point we had to cancel our order, since we could not be guarenteed ever receiving our order, losing not just the funds raised, but also service fees.

We have been, literally, working around the clock to meet the needs of all our customers. We, truly, are so very sorry for any inconvenience this caused you or your community.As discussed, we wanted to make this better by giving you this entire order 226 dozen of pierogies for free, no charge for any of it. We were 100% ready to just give them to you as a way of making up for the 2-week delay in delivery of these pierogies. Were very sorry that you didnt want that offer. We also wanted to make a note that we didn't charge any service fees and, as we discussed in our call, that those were service fees you paid to the fundraising platform.Again, we have a new process and new machines in place which are now helping us with future delays and hope you will be willing to give us a try again.Sincerely,***************************** and all of us at Gosias Pierogies
