We had a verbal agreement to cut tree down and haul debris away - we would contract another to grind stump. Mr. Mazzocchi Jr. stayed that he was going to get his crew and would be back He did come back approximately an hour and a half later with an employee with him acknowledging that this was his first day on the job. Within the hour another “employee “ showed up telling me he worked for another tree company but was helping his friend out. After another approx 45 mins this “employee “ climbed into the bucket truck and started cutting the limbs of the tree. Mr. Mazzocchi left for the first time for about an hour and a half. The gentleman who cut the limbs down said he had to leave leaving his first day employee with us - he had no knowledge of how to run the chipper so we sat. Mazzocchi Jr came back and said he was sorry and got to work with a machine loading the limbs into the chipper (it was done in a way that the chipper kept jamming ) he left again. This time for just about two hours. The first day employee was stunned and kept apologizing saying he didn’t know the equipment. He was hungry we feed him (throughout the day we provided gator aide and water). Mr Mazzocchi Jr had parked his equipment in front of my neighbors home blocking their driveway and the street (my neighbor is on hospice so I kept calling without an answer and messaging ). Before Mr.Mazzocchi Jr came back it was getting dark. Our neighbors began helping us clear up the street and another neighbor who knew Mr Mazzocchi jr father started the chipper so we could clean up the street so traffic could get by and my neighbors could get out of their driveway. By the time Mr Mazzocchi Jr came back it was dusk he had a women in his truck with him We asked him to leave he started to argue and the police were called. While getting his equipment ready he not only tore up our yard but our neighbors. While leaving he hit a neighbors car and kept going. This is all caught on our cameras
