Do not use kitchen saver to reface your cabinets. They have been to my house 6 times for 6 different reasons in 6 months. The quality of the kitchen is horrible to say the least. The customer service is horrendous. Almost like we were annoying the installer. The cabinets are cracking, laminate is peeling, nothing straight, crown molding replaced three times, baseboard taken off and never replaced. My family is in complete shock over the poor craftsmanship. The salesman told us it all high quality product, and sorry to say, Its low grade junk. The installer told us he will be at our house for the next ten years during warranty repairs. We asked for some kind of compensation because one of us have to take off of work to let the installers in to fix the reoccurring problems. I will advise anyone who is looking for new cabinets or refacing, to go elsewhere. They were also our most expensive estimate. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. You are guaranteed to be disappointed in the product and the serviceCustomer response

I did call for warranty repair Jan 5th and still have not received any correspondence at all. My kitchen is literally coming apart and now I think its getting kind of dangerous. I will supply photos. Please any help would be appreciated. Thank youBusiness response

In the complaint the customer eludes to not hearing from us since the 5th of January. This isnt accurate. On the 18th of January I personally reached out, and then again On 1/31/2023 I sent an email to the customer asking for specifics so that we can set up a service ticket. He did not respond. (see attached). We set up the ticket anyway and attempted to contact him to schedule a time that would be convenient. On 2/9/2023 our installation manager contacted the customer and ************************** said that now is not a good time for him. He said that he would contact us when he was ready. We did try to contact him again today, 2/15/2023 and received the same response. He has a busy schedule and isnt sure when he is going to be available for us to come out and make any repairs but will contact us when he is free. We ask that we close this complaint since the customer has expressed that he is unavailable and is unsure of when he will be available for us to assist.Initial Complaint

We paid well over $20,000 for cabinet refacing. We were told 3-5 days for installation and it took 3 weeks. We were supposed to have a final walk through with the installer but he quit. The job is still not complete more than a year after the fact. The company promises to fix the problem, but never does. They do not return phone calls.Business response

There was some laminate cracking and the customer spoke with our installer *********************** in regard to this matter. we are scheduled to go out and repair the cracking on 9/10/22.
