In December 2021, because I was moving from Philadelphia to Las Vegas, I decided to put my furniture and clothes for sale at two different consignment stores. All the furniture was sold in two months at the **** ********** Consignment in King of Prussia, and I got the check on time. However, my cloths was given to the G&G Consignment store (mentioned above), and we agreed on 60% of the sale price to the store and 40% to me. All was sold but I did not received any money for the past 14 months, however, the store received all the cloths, as in the attached 3 pages. On February 2022, I called the store to check and the owner told me they did not sell much and needs extra time. We agreed on two more months extension, and at the end this was repeated again. The owner, *** **** *******, said they will need a little more time to sell whatever left from the cloths. This was repeated again until November 2022, before the Christmas, he said few items left & needs a little time. On December 2022, when I called asking for ****, one of the employees told me that Gary left message for me that he already mailed a check with all the money. Because I didn't receive any checks, I tried to call the office on the telephone numbers listed above, but no one answered my calls. I also left so many messages and no one has returned my call for the past two months. As of today, I have not received any money from the G&G store after the cloths was sold. The total price of the cloths as presented by G&G store on the attached document is $988.75, and my shares based on our agreement is $395.50. I told **** long time ago, I will send my son in law, who is living in the area to th pick up the unsold clothes, but, he asked to leave them until they are sold. -- I have a copy of the clothes list and prices in a three page document provided by this store on 1/21/2022.Business response

This man has been harassing my employees for some time.
He was mailed a check on 6-9-22 for $55.97 and 9/13/22 for $72.60.
Both mailed to Las Vegas Address

These checks were for 40% of items sold. I mail checks all over the country and this man is the only person who never receives anything. I extended his contract out of the goodness of my heart which I do for several of my customers.
I except no harassment calls from anyone. Customers like him no one needs.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive any money from the G&G consignment compay. ************ (the owner) has mailed to me a message ten days ago, promising to send a check to resolve this problem.However, as of today, I have not received any money and that was the reason for my delay waiting to see if he is honest with his promise and mail the check. But, as of today I did not receive any checks.Also, he claimed that he sent me a small check (about $50) longe time ago, which I never received too.I asked for a copy of that check .. which he did sent today, and I found that this check was not signed on the back. Which mean it was not true that I cashed this check.The case still on and I did not receive any penny from this company until now.My delay in responding back to you was because I was waiting for the check as he promised and hopefully he was not playing any games to waist the time until the case is close.I am still waiting for the check as he promised ten days ago.
