      Purchased an Armstrong ***** limit switch from this company. They send me a nonworking product. the limit switch is broken and constantly reads open. The company does not return communication and the company website claims they won't take back any parts unless they are "brand new" despite shipping me a used part, to begin with, and their website they do not refund shipping and they charge a restocking fee if you return it more than the purchase price. These are all actions of a company knowingly selling broken parts to consumers in order to make use of a "must be brand new, no shipping, plus restocking fee" scam.

      RE: Complaint ********


      We do not sell used parts and would never knowingly ship a broken part. Although rare,
      any part can be defective from the factory. Our normal practice is to send a replacement
      part. The customer is either given a return label or told to scrap the defective part,
      depending on the part value. We checked our call logs and email accounts and there
      were no calls or emails from this customer. Two days ago I called the customer and left a
      voice mail asking him to call me to discuss the problem. He did not return my call. We
      take offense to the accusation we are running a “scam” operation. However, to settle this
      quickly and to honor the old adage that the customer is always right, we are refunding the
      entire purchase including the shipping.

      no contact from business or response to web form. can attach a return label for part to be returned if they wish and will ship back.
