I hired an electrician from the Dream Team to repair 2 recessed lighting fixtures in my home. When he left, the lights worked and I paid $218 for the service. Within several hours the lights did not work. The electrician returned and wanted to charge us an additional $400 to fix them. We settled on a lower price and he ordered replacement fixtures. This was in early March 2022. I have called at least 10 times to follow up on the order. They are not good about returning calls. I recently complained on the website and requested that my $218 be returned to me. I was told that someone would contact me - that was 2 weeks ago. No one has contacted me.Business response

After discussing with ************** about your complaint, we were informed that the original charge was for a dispatch and diagnostic of the issue. The $400 was the price to fix the issue regarding your lights.
