When I purchased my 2013 Chevy ******* on 6/24/17 I purchased what was represented to me as an extended warranty for 96 months or 100,000 miles. My warranty expired 3/12/21 without reaching either of those stipulations. I was sold a wrap warranty. The warranty was misrepresented to me. I made my initial contact with the dealership on 11/27/21 with no response. I have made subsequent calls and sent an email to the dealership with 2 return calls only obtaining information. I was told the owner was away on business. As of today I have not received any further contact nor a resolution. I was also told by one employee that the dealership has had multiple complaints about the wrap warranties sold.Business response

We emailed ************* on 12/11/2021 a resolution. We offered to fix the current vehicle problem that Apple Chevrolet quoted customer as a one- time good will gesture.
The customer did not call our Service Manager to schedule the repair.

I have accepted their offer to repair the issue but have not heard anything further.Business response

The customer needs to call our Dealership to make an appointment that is convenient to their schedule. ###-###-####
The service dept will be aware of the situation. The customer needs to provide the service dept a copy of the Apple Chevrolet estimate- because those are the repairs we have agreed to complete for the customer at no additional cost. if any thing more is needed for the repair this will be at the customers expense. This is a one time good will gesture on our part. thank you
