After purchasing a certified lithographed piece of artwork, I am still awaiting a certificate of authenticity. Multiple efforts to contact the gallery. Owner have gone unansweredBusiness response

We did experience a significant delay in receiving the certificates from our third party vendor. Efforts were made to contact over 85 customers who purchased the artwork. ************ received a call from our gallery owner to which ************ vented her well understood frustration with the delay. Our gallery owner received several texts from ************ which were answered in real time and with updates on shipping. ************ also received a *** tracking number for her package, which was delayed by a day due to hurricane weather conditions.
We. have apologized to ************ and the others who had to wait. ************ also received a free gift at the time of her purchase. We stand by our third party vendor and take responsibility for making sure all of our customers have a wonderful experience. This just happened to be a strange set of circumstances and we again apologize to ************ and any other patron who had to wait more than 30 days for the certificate.
