The absolute worst experience. I called Crystal Clean the day before my appointment to confirm timing and was told that they were just getting ready to call me. They had to reschedule my appointment to almost 6 weeks later because their tech had an accident and they needed to reschedule all his appointments. I had scheduled this appointment 1 month prior and now I am being told that I will have to wait another 6 weeks for the rescheduled appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.Review from Nic D

Had a very nice technician who did a quick and through cleaning of my homes ducts. Was amazed to see how much came out the dryer vent as well, will be scheduling again!Review from Shirley S

They are awful scam artist! The took advantage of my 83 year old mother! They put in a ultra violate light with no why to plug it in! Thank goodness another HVAC company found it just hanging there doing nothing!!! I have pictures! The guy that put it in said how wonderful it would be . REALLY HOW with out electric to make it run! The HVAC person said the cleaning was suspect as he could still see mold! That was 895.00 for the no working light and did mold spray with out permission! That was 250. I don't believe they did that! How can you spray a whole house with only one point of entry!? They told me they don't remove any air out covers. RUN RUN AWAY! If not watch everything they do! Don't get a light with out a way to plug it in!
