      MRO should be fined. I requested medical records 2 months ago and they have still not delivered. There is no sense in them taking this long to get out medical records. Here in ***** there is a statute that says they must have medical records out in 15 days, but ********************** says they are not in *****- so I tell them but you are working for a Texas Doctor. So I believe MRO and the facility they are working for should be sued.

      Spoke with someone named ******* 10/02/2024 8:50 EST. Provided the worst ever service so far. She literally hanged up the call without even saying their closing spiel. Very rude throughout the call and she's obviously *******.

      I subpoenaed medical records on April 3 for a June 13th trial. I received several letters asking for proof that the plaintiff did not object to the subpoena, which proof I was not required to provide but I did anyway instant**. I called constant** because of the approaching trial date. Two days before trial, I was told that I would get an invoice that I would have to pay before I would be sent the records, a process that might take another two weeks besides the 60 plus days that passed. I have now received three invoices including one on Ju** 24, a month plus passed the trial. The invoice indicates that any disputes can on** be resolved by arbitration which of course is absurd since the Court that issued the subpoenaed has jurisdiction over MRO's clients. When I sent the subpoena to MRO's clients, I sent a subpoena to other health care providers, all of which complied time ** with the requests. This company deserves its bad reviews and its poor reputation.

      Agree with others, if I could give 0 stars I would. MRO has an F rating from BBB. I dont know why Northwell Health uses them. Each time I call I wait 20 minutes on hold before someone answers. They said I didnt put the requested dates on my request form and I have evidence that I did. 2 weeks ago, they said they would mail me the requested info, then I received a letter in the mail saying they needed more info. I called several times, wait on long holds and then the calls keep getting disconnected. I am a caregiver for my mom and have to juggle many things, and do not have time to make multiple calls for one request. She has urgent medical needs and these records are very significant in making a diagnosis and getting her treatment plan set up. There is NO WAY such vital information should be handled by such an incompetent company.

      This is the absolute worst medical records company I have ever dealt with. It is my job to request medical records and not only do they take much longer than is allowed by law, sometimes up to four months to get records, their customer service is terrible. I do not understand why any medical facility would allow MRO to handle processing their records, Wish there was a way to give negative stars as that would be my rating.

      Their staff has yet to properly retrieve medical documents after 5 requests and 4 requests. cannot process in a timely manner and has held up my ability to file workers comp due to lack of medical documents. when you put instructions into the app, they do not show on the authorization, then the company refuses to assist because you filled it out wrong. This is a scam for them to make money by continually billing and showing stats to say they've responded to a certain amount of requests. They should be investigated and fined.

      Agree with others, if I could give 0 stars I would. MRO has an F rating from BBB. I don’t know why Lehigh valley Heakth Network uses them. Each time I call I wait 20 minutes on hold before someone answers. They receive releases and say they never have them. I called for a record that I requested after receiving others and they say they have no record of me in their system. My medical records are vitally important to my referring doctors. There is NO WAY such vital information should be handled by such an incompetent company.

      I have never dealt with a more incompetent, apathetic company in my entire career. Every time we call to obtain information about medical records, we are told something different. Excuses, excuses, excuses. I have notes on ever call we’ve made and who we spoke with. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern, lack of clarity, lack of motivation to do right by the customer. Not sure what has to happen to correct this but there is definitely a problem with MRO and it’s practices.

      Beware of MRO Corp: * Provides Medical Records on behalf of Hospitals & Doctors * Sends Patient an Invoice even though Hospital wrote off charge. * Invoice Payment website NOT SECURE; Invoice does not reflect Zero Balance when Hosp write off Charge * Automated Phone System and Internet Customer Service are NOT Patient Friendly * Use of Invoice Payment Terms inconsistent between paper invoice received and webpage terms
