I bought a blow up EAGLES santa, arrived very fast from time I placed the order. It arrived new in the box, but there was a manufactures defect with a tear. I sent a note and within three hours they responded and told me a new one would be on the way ! And no need to return the defective one customer service was absolutely amazing!! Had an issue with an expensive full size *** helmet. The decal was damaged and based on the packaging, Carroll's Sports Cove was unaware. They send me a return label and sent me a another new helmet. The helmet was perfect. Communication was by email only but they do reply and remain professional. Will always order from Carroll's Sports Cove.Review from Kimberley H

I ordered two SF Giants comforter sets from Carrolls Sports Cove on Aug 4th. On Aug 12th, I hadnt received a shipping confirmation so I emailed and immediately received shipping and tracking information. The package came on Aug 17th and only one comforter set was in the bag. I emailed right away to let them know and received a reply on the 19th stating that their supplier showed the weight of the package was for two sets. They asked me to send pictures of the packaging which I no longer had. I replied right away and never heard back, despite two more follow up emails. Now I am out $60 and only one comforter set for my boys two twin beds.Review from Laura G

I ordered a sports comforter for my grandsons birthday which was about *********************************************************************** time. We received it several days before his birthday and it was awesome! This was my first time ordering from this company but definitely wont be my last. I wish I would have researched Carroll's Sports Cove before placing my nearly $300 order. The up-front customer service was great. However, UPS lost my package. After UPS admitted to losing my package (which is a miracle), they only needed the sender to file a claim for me to get my money back. I attempted to contact Carroll's Sports Cove multiple times to get them to file a claim. You cannot speak to anyone about any issues you have. When you call, you get a message telling you to email them. I've emailed them several times with no response. Once they have your money, it's over. Do not buy from this website.Review from Rose H

I ordered an Ohio State robe for myself. When I ordered it, I had the address correct but the name was incorrect. I contacted Carroll’s Sports Cove and it was immediately corrected. I ordered on December 2nd and received on December 11th. I had a question about the ETA, again I contacted them and they responded immediately. I love my robe and I love the customer service given by this company! Will definitely order from them again. Thank you and Merry Christmas ??
