      I registered my dog online on July 13, 2023 and paid $109.99 with my debit card. I received an email on July 14th stating my package was shipped. The tracking number is **********************. I checked the status of the and it shows the package has been in transit status since July 23rd. I did a missing package claim with USPS. I received a call from ***** with USPS, stating the still can't find the package. ***** stated she contacted the company and confirmed the package was shipped, but USPS has not received the package. I can't find a number to contact the company, so I sent a message twice on their website and have not received a contact from anyone.

      I canceled my services a year ago because my dog died. They keep charging my credit card. They are committing fraudulent activity on my card. I never authorized the charge. I tried calling the business, a robot answers suggesting a life chat, that keep asking random questions. I want a refund and never to be charge again. I spend about $140. with this business and no help from them.

      I registered my dog as an Emotional Service Animal through US Service Animal Registrar. I am in the process of undergoing legal action with a landlord who is not complying with allowing me to have my animal. I never received my shipped orders that were purchased and am trying to get ahold of the USSAR to get a digital copy of my records. However, the number on their website is not valid, the email on the site sends an automatic response to submit a contact form, and then the website has an site error when I do try to submit a form. I am really needing a response from them immediately. This is a ".org" site that is really feeling like I was scammed.

      This service/merchandise was ordered and I have yet to receive any merchandise I believe this was fraudulent and after the fact it was ordered. I immediately cancelled this and requested a refund reason being they have no contact phone number, etc. However I paid $184.00 and did not receive any merchandise I I paid for over a week ago and when I tried to make contact no answer, it hangs up. I received an email that someone works contact within 48 hours and this has been over a week. Im requesting a full refund since I didnt get any product/merchandise I paid for.

      US Service Animal Registrar acting as a federal registrar for service/ emotional support animals. . THe company is charging subscriptions without letting customer know. Fraudulent/ scam business with very complex/difficult form for communication/ cancellation policies. See below for proof subscriptions are being charged without customers awareness.

      In reviewing my invoice for 11/17/21, this business charged me for a service I did not request (a housing accommodation letter for $123.90 for my emotional support dog). I also requested an ID tag for $19.99 that was never delivered. When I emailed the company to inform them of this and request a refund on 1/7/22, they stated they could not offer a refund, but would send another ID tag for $4.99. I agreed to this, but still never received the item. They have not responded to my complaints.

      Attached are documents from this client's communication as well as our evidence of shipment and delivery. 

      On the receipt, you see the charge of $123.90 which is simply centered on the document and not a reflection of a "housing accommodation letter." The client was emailed the digital items and shipped the physical items. 

      Attached are the shipment confirmations of both package (show delivered)
      Receipt with the $127.90 in the middle
      Email evidence clients digital items were emailed
      Return Policy - All sales are final.

      This client is not eligible for a refund of any kind.
