So my wife was campus director at ****** college which ended up being Hussain college and then suddenly closes Aug 9th 2023 and then I received a bill 2 days later in my email. First any person that worked there, their spouse or children went tuition free and second it's a little coincidental that they close probably owing people money and send a bill to a collection agency two days after shutting down!!! The college awarded my daughter a scholarship that was never applied nor reimbursed for the spring semester of 2022. Multiple families are still awaiting their disbursements from parent plus loans and are also experiencing their scholarships not being applied.Initial Complaint

I have been having issue with this college involving my ** financial paperwork and my ***** Grant money. I was enrolled from August 2020 to October 2021. In that year, they withheld my grant money from me on multiple occasions because their accounting would not sign off on the check. Even though I had called and made many complaints about them not sending me my Fall grant check for over 4 months. They withheld my Sping grant check for 7 months, after calling their financial department, even the executive supervisor for the financial department, every single week. In August, for my Fall term, Ms. ******************************* failed to submit my paperwork correctly, so it cost me the correct amount of BAH that the ** was supposed to send me. When I told her the issue, she would not fix it and I had to go over her head to her supervisor. He fixed the paperwork and I was supposed to get correctly reimbursed. When I graduated, Ms. ************************ filed my graduation paperwork wrong, again, and I wasn't correctly reimbursed. I got a letter of debt from the ** in December and the ** will take allot the debt from my check. When I called ************************************* to have her fix it, because I should not owe the ** anything becuase she misfiled my paperwork, she refused to help saying "You've already graduated, there's nothing I can do. You'll just have to pay the debt." and then proceeded to argue with me. I reassured her that I will not be paying a debt that she created for me. She said she would call me back the following morning she has yet to call me back, that was December 21st. I contacted their lead supercisor and left a message on multiple days between December 21st and December 23rd. I contacted the executive supervisor, again, and she reassured me she would have it fixed and would return a call on Tuesday December 28th at the latest, I have yet to recieve any calls or information for anyone. This financial department has been nothing but an issue for me since August 2020.
