  I purchased approximately $60 worth of materials from Discount Hydraulic Hose on July 20th via Debit card. I never received a tracking number or shipping info. When i enter the purchase order # on their website, it says no orders found. If i check the purchase order via link included in their confirmation email, the order shows up but no status or shipment info. Ive attempted to reach them at least 5 times by email and 3 times by phone over the past 2 weeks as well as attempting to live chat through their website and have not gotten any reply. They have a banner on their website saying there may be a slight delay in shipping while moving into a different location. That banner has been up since the middle of June. Ive moved businesses before and its never taken more than 4 days before customer service departments were operating at full capacity.

  The company has sent me 3 of 5 items i ordered, but still charged me for the full order. On Aug 21 i asked about the remaining items. I received an email that said they were looking into it and would reply asap. I didnt hear anything from them, so I followed up 3 days ago and I still have not heard back from them.

  On 07/04/2023, I placed order #****** for two custom hydraulic hoses. After a lengthy wait, I received two hoses from Discount Hydraulic Hose, one of which was different from the hose that I ordered and incompatible with my application. I called the company at the phone number listed on their website and was greeted by an automated answering service. After holding for a representative, I was told no one was available and I left a message explaining the problem with my order. I have called several times after leaving the message and am told to leave a message every time. My message has not been returned.
