I paid for a service from this business and was contacted the day before my appointment that they were out of stock and that I will be getting a refund. I waited and never received a refund. I texted the number and got no response I also wrote the woman on ********* and all she ever does is read my message and not respond. I even requested my money back on **** app and that was also ignored. I just want my refund like I was told Id get.Initial Complaint

I made an appointment for 1/29 which was canceled after payment of $200. Rescheduled my appt for 2/5, my appointment was canceled again after driving 2 hours from Baltimore! Owners website doesn't take payment and she request to be paid through cash app which is why I waited till the day before to pay!Customer response
