On July 10th Baxter showed up to **** ********* ***, Phila PA ***** to do pest extermination. They charged $260 to set traps we could have picked up at a local hardware store. They offered a 90 day warranty which we then took advantage of since it wasn’t even a week and still had an extreme pest problem. Once they showed up the laborer used ******* tape on our mahogany cabinets… which then ripped the finish off which I feel is now damage to the property. Once confronted about damaging the cabinets he then stood up to me as if he was ready to throw a fist. I asked if he was really about to fight me and his response was yes little *****. After repeatedly asking him to vacate the property I had to threaten him with calling the police. After another 5 min argument making everyone in the house extremely uncomfortable he finally walked out the front door. Then proceeded to go around the block and drive by again and again, which is now harassment and stalking. After trying to contact the business I was informed that the laborer who was on-site is the manager, and the owner is on “vacation”. I’ve called the only number multiple times simply trying to get a refund for a job they did absolutely nothing on. I then proceeded to call again (my 11th time reaching out) and found my number to be blocked. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We are simply looking for a refund but can no longer contact the business. I’m going to have a police escort me into their storefront later this week. Please please help us resolve this insane issue.
