Its no wonder Rite Aid has filed bankruptcy. I waited 40 minutes in the line in ****************** PA the person in front of me talked to four different employees about their prescriptions. The employees at that location are horrible about customer service. They obviously dont care. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime at a Rite Aid and rightfully so that they are going to be bankrupt. much deserved. How can accompany that has Peoples health on the line be so irresponsible.Review from amy r

I would give rite aid in ***** , ** staff a 5 star review usually except yesterday and this morning.MONDAY AUG. ******* AND TUESDAY MORNING AUG. 27, 2024 i would give them a -15 star review!I usually get my pain meds on a regular 28 day appointment however i became ill and had full body pain along with my chronic pain issues , so my doctor prescribed an increase in said med 4 days early. The pharmacist on duty refuses to refill the prescription and said that it is her call. I spoke with a lawyer asking about such thing as he did state she does have the right to do so unless not filling a prescription can cause serious harm or death. according to the mayo health opioid withdrawal CAN BE life-threatening. I called the doctors office and let them know what was happening I also called the insurance company who then called the pharmacist herself with approval and yet again it was refused to be filled. I have had increased heart palpitations, severe pain and weakness and dehydration from sweating as well as frightening anxiety, I have filed a complaint with Rite-Aid and will continue to pull forwards with my complaint. Do not buy any gardening tools from this store. They are trash. They don't work. I'm primarily talking about a gardening shovel. It bans very easy when I go to plant things. I'm just so frustrated. You really have to read your reviews before you buy anything in this world. Also, I work at *****'s in ************. I noticed a lot of comments about The pharmacy there at rite aid. Ralphs has a pharmacy and is located at *********************. I use it and I believe our pharmacy is wonderful. Anyone who is not happy with rite aid should check it outReview from Pierson R

The service is absolutely terrible/horrible/worst and needs to change immediately! I was in the emergency room and the doctor sent a prescription which was not filled the next day. When I called, the phone rang for over an hour no one answered the phone! I had to go in person and wait to tell them to fill the prescription. Furthermore, they didn't have two of my prescriptions, so I would have to wait another day. It's been three days and I'm still having trouble getting my prescriptions filled. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering I was in a car accident! Rite aid on **********************Review from Russ B

***** and ***** are the worse service people . No hello no how are you . Just rude attitude and horrible service. Where do they find these miserable people working with sick people who need compassion!!! Shouldnt they be nice and kind . Not at this Pharmacy!! Rite Aid on ***********************************************************************************. The cashier followed me throughout the aisles while I was looking at products using one of the oldest tricks where the employee pretends they are "straightening the shelves" but they are really in your aisle looking at what you are doing, checking to see if you are stealing. This went on for 10 minutes, and I called management and asked them to review the cameras from 8:40am through 8:55am Friday July 12th. The employee left the front counter, passed by several aisles, and landed in the aisle I was in, looked at me, and what I was holding in my hand, and then turned around like they were straightening the shelves. Then, I went back one more aisle and so did the employee, again, looking at me and what was in my hand. I then went back about four more aisles and so did the employee. I then went to the front of the store, and so did the employee, returning to the register (thinking I was about to leave), but then I went all the way to the back of the store, and once again they came from behind the register, walking all the way back to the aisle I was in. (First Insult.) I am not a Caucasian, I hate to blame anything on race, but it is difficult to believe otherwise when there was a white woman and a white man in the store who were not followed. I spoke to the store manager who insulted me by saying that she did not profile me, and she was just doing her job. The managers insult was telling me that their employees could not be doing things like this because it is against company policy, and it is posted on their door! (Second Insult) It is against every companys policy but that does not stop it from happening. On Friday, the store manager asked me to give him until Monday, July 15th (today) to give him time to elevate this to his boss and I agreed to wait, and to my chagrin, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TODAY. (Third Insult!) I SUGGEST A VIDEO UPLOAD. ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO SEE FOR THEMSELVES.Review from Rose E

RIte Aid Corporation store #*****, ******************************* ***** Why are you trying to shut down this store. You are deliberately not filling the shelves with things that I go there for. The shelves are pretty empty and are not being restocked. I prefer not to go to CVS where it is always jam packed with stuff and hard to get thru the isles. I have been most happy with Rite Aid and especially their pharmacies were excellent and shelves stocked.I think that your plan of not stocking shelves makes it seem like the store is doing poorly when in fact it is you that is not filling the shelves and I have to go elsewhere to get what I used to get at Rite Aid. I still like the pharmacy and it is convenient for me. I think you are doing a terrible thing to the customers and giving yourself a good excuse to close it down by not supplying the store sheves with needed. There are no other Rite Aids around. I think your marketing practice stinks and no wonder people do not go there as there is nothing on the cotton picking shelves that one needs. I am very disappointed in your corporation and your tactics to close a good store. I hope that you would reconsider your corporate actions as they are not customer oriented. Please stock the shelves so I can get everything at one pharmacy and not shop around. Sincerely, *******************, long term customer of **********************.
