On May 28, 2021, I placed an order from the website fridaymusic.com for 9 records totaling $332.46. Two of the items were listed as a pre-order which I presumed could add as much as 2-3 months until receiving the order. (The email receipt sent upon order placement indicated to expect items to ship within 4-6 weeks or within the applicable pre-order period.) On August 25th, I emailed the company to inquire about the status of the order as it had not been received. After getting no reply, I again emailed them on August 27th to get an answer. They replied back to me on August 27th and told me that one of the records ordered would not be released until November 2021, meaning the whole order would be sent out some time in November. On December 10, 2021, I again emailed their customer support as the order was still not received. No answer came, I again tried emailing them on December 14, 2021 and still received no reply.At some point after initially placing the order, I've noticed they have a note on their web page that they will not ship partial orders and would only ship orders in their entirety. so, I have gotten nothing from this order. They have managed to drag this matter out so long that I am not able to get any help from either PayPal or my bank that my credit card is through.Initial Complaint

On 11/13/21 I ordered a ****** ****** ***** ****** from ****** ***** ****** described as doubling the jump rope order. I paid $23.55 on ******. I received only one rope and have tried to contact the company for the second one. My email attempts have all been ignored. The double double under wonder is no longer on their website. The attachment shows the description on a ****** search (which subsequently goes to an empty page when clicked).
