I am filing a complaint against Albion at Morrow Park, located at *****************************************, where I am a resident of unit 242. My lease was signed with a move-in date of August 12, 2024, and I paid rent from August 12 to August 31, 2024. Due to being in ***** with my family, I arrived in the **** on August 22, 2024, and officially moved in on August 26, 2024. From my first day of moving in, I encountered several serious issues that significantly impacted my living experience Resolution Requested: I request to terminate my lease effective August 31, 2024, without any penalty fees, and a full refund of my $2,212 deposit. The issues I have raised have not been adequately addressed, and I do not feel safe or comfortable living in this environment. I am not willing to pay any fees for breaking the lease due to these circumstances.
