I was rear-ended and took my car to Premier Auto Body to have the body work/repairs done to my car. I believe I picked my car up on May 20, 2022. The amount that I paid was $2,266.63. They painted my car the wrong color, did not fix the rear right sensor (which I was charged for) and told me that one part was on backorder and would not be in until mid-July. I asked for a receipt and when I got home I realized they had just given me a copy of the insurance company's estimate, not a receipt of the work they had done. I brought my car back to the shop a week later to confront them regarding the bad paint job and repairs that were not done. First they tried to tell me that the paint job was supposed to look like that, but when I told them I had taken my car to the dealership and was told it was not supposed to look like that, they admitted they had painted it the wrong color and basically told me they hoped I wouldn't notice because "paint is expensive". The body shop person who admitted this to me was smoking a cigarette in my face and while looking in my car and was very unprofessional. They also admitted they had not touched the sensor which I found absolutely mind-blowing as I had specifically paid for this to be fixed. They told me they would order the sensor and sensor cap parts and I could bring it in and they would repaint the bumper and complete the work that I had paid for that wasn't done. I told them I just wanted my money back and did not want them working on my car again. I asked to speak to the owner and they told me he was out of town and would call me on July 7th. I to this day have never received a call from the owner. I have tried to resolve this issue with them several times via email and phone correspondence. At one point I requested a receipt and was told that the owner had to give permission. Since that conversation they have stopped responding to my emails/calls. I asked if I could pick up the parts that I paid for and they did not respond.
