I had a terrible experience with this credit union. I deposited numerous checks totaling approximately 1200$. I had the money in my account, the checks cleared and then all of a sudden I check my account and it showed the ***** was taken out. I called the customer service department and questioned them about it, the lady's response was it was up to the teller to clear the check or someone made a mistake, she also said that the banking policy if it was deposited into a checking or saving account that the rules are different. I should have been notified that the funds were getting taken out, and I also believe they are picking and choosing, I also have been waiting to get a response back from them why my Zelle account has been down for over 3 months.

I agree with the last comment, Allegent FCU is HORRIBLE! I cant begin to tell you the grief and frustration I have endured from this CU. I am looking for another bank now. They really dont care if they lose customers with substantial bank accounts. They lie and even mock their customers, I am at a loss for words to describe how terrible they are.

Horrific and traumatic experiencesI am at the end of my rope with this Credit Union. For some odd reason, EVERY single time that I spend more than $500 of my own finances, Allegent Community Federal Credit Union elects to places a fraud hold on my card. But, that is only the beginning of the nightmare. Once you contact their fraud department, the representatives swear that there isnt a hold on the card, and then proceed to hang up instead of waiting to see if the problem is resolved. Afterwards, despite numerous phone call attempts to reach a human being, you cant reach anyone.I am left with no options but to contact a human from the local branch to unlock my card to that I can gain access again. This inconvenience happened to me (4) times now. The worst one occurred when I traveled to *********. (I even contacted a representative from the local branch to let them know that I was heading to ********* a few days in advance.)So, I was unable to hail an Uber to the airport and missed my flight outbound because of the hold on my card/finances.I had to wait until the local branch opened to gain access to my card again.I have been patient, forgiving, and positive, but I feel that there is no more room for improvement with Allegent Federal Credit Unions card services. The fact that there has been no resolution done by the branch indicates to me that they condone this horrible treatment of their own customers?!I sincerely hope that in the 88 years of serving their clients, that they recognize the hardships of their customers and act swiftly to retain their true core customers for ************************************************************ by your card services.
