compliant against JDH Landscapes paid a contractor the balance on a bill for work done on a tree trimming job paid in cash 1,000 they left the stump balance of 300 dollars that I paid by check to ***** ****** ckeck#**** can get a copy of the check now I'm getting a bill from JDH for payment per **** *** ****** ************ can you help me???Business response

I am responding to a situation and job that was completed and paid in full by ( my client ****** *******). Clarification of a very misunderstanding mishap that encountered between Angi (pay) and my client.
I gave ****** the option and opportunity to use her credit card through Angi Pay to help with the payment. Giving her the opportunity to use her credit card so she can pay on it throughout the month.
I sent her the link to move forward in the payment process through Angi Pay and it was not going through on her end. We discussed for her to disregard the request of the one-time payment from Angi and to just write me a check for the remaining balance.
Days go by and ****** finally got a notification from Angi Pay stating that she owes (X-amount) of money. She brought it to my attention and we resolved the issue. ****** paid in full and was not charged any extra fees.
