Complaint my son have called for me so he can talk to a lawyer but my case but I already have added to my account membership id is *********** and the help desk lady got mad at my son for acting like me and she got mad and say smarts comments to him about him and me and his friend but he don’t remember her name he called in today etc.Business response

Please accept this email as our response to said complaint. further investigation into this matter, it appears that *** ******** son called our office to discuss his mother’s case with our attorney, however, her son does not have power of attorney over this mother nor is there any documentation of record with our firm disclosing same. As you may know, in Pennsylvania we are not permitted to discuss our client’s case with anyone other than the client or their legal power of attorney, and *** ******** son does not have legal power of attorney. We spoke with *** ****** on or around August 31, 2022 and explained to her in great detail as to why we could not speak with her son. It is also my understanding that our attorney has assisted *** ****** directly and resolved her issue. Therefore, we ask that this matter be closed without merit or any negative impact on our firm standing with the BBB.
