My experience through Howard Hanna Real Estate was not painless and easy! We agreed that I would pay $195,000 for the house, including all expenses. I paid $1000 as a deposit, then after a while the rest of the amount. We paid the money and received the house in July 2023. But according to the documents prepared by Howard Hannas company, the payment was $196,544.50. At the company's office they explained to me that these are internal affairs of the company and they do not concern me, that I am paying only 195 thousand dollars. What happens next is that the company takes $1,544.50 from the home seller to pay taxes for the first half of 2023 and takes it for themselves. And this amount falls on me as a buyer as a tax debt for the first half of 2023. It turns out that now I am responsible for all taxes for last year, even for the period in which I did not own the house. Why Howard Hanna's company is deceiving its customers.

We had ********************* from HOWARD HANNA as our realtor when selling and buying our house. Unfortunately, she had no plan on selling our house and in my opinion it was under-sold.When we wanted to look at houses to buy most of the time she was unavailable. The house we did end up purchasing, she was also not available. When we finally were able to put in an offer, we were forced into a bidding war. I don't know what the issue was but I would look elsewhere for a realtor who is out for your interests.HOWARD HANNA absolutely the WORST home selling and buying experience we have ever had. We cannot and will NOT recommend HOWARD HANNA to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST!

We bought our home in June of 2021. When we first look at the place before putting a offer in and it was as expected. We were 2 hrs away so when we started the paperwork we did everything that we could on our end. We were going to do a home inspection but was told it was done in May 2021 of a different buyer but they back out. Now I know why they did. We were told per both agents that everything was new and recently put in..windows, roof, hot water tank and heater. Well within the first week of moving in (mind you they didn't clean the house) the water tank was leaking, it wasn't before. The roof was needed replace because it wasn't updated in about 20 years. Windows are not properly installed and makes the house very drafty. Bathroom upstairs walls were damaged and toilet wasn't working. Oh let's not forget the electric was never updated or inspected in all the years the people lived here. Even though it was stated differently. There so much more as well. I tried to contact the seller agent and office manager but my calls were neverreceived. Now we are having to foot the **** of all these things that was stated were new or recently work on. I will never do business with Howard hanna or refer anyone to them.
