My purchase with Lexther was a DISASTER. The website details the shipping time as 6-12 working days. I placed my order on 10/30. When 2 weeks passed with no update or tracking number I messaged on their site to cancel my order. I also called to cancel the order stating I was unhappy with the customer service. I also informed them that I had looked up their company on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and found they were not an accredited business and that they had numerous complaints. BOTTOM LINE—I notified them via electronic correspondence and by phone that I wanted to cancel my order. Then on 12/6 the order arrived and I received the tracking number the day the package arrived. I will say the jacket itself is good quality; however, I do not need 2 nearly identical jackets. When I asked why they sent the order they said it had already shipped…from Pakistan. Said I could return it, but didn’t offer to pay the shipping. That would be an international send back and a waste of my time and money. So in summary: they are not located and distributing out of Pennsylvania, check them out on the BBB, and their customer service is pitiful. Proceed with caution.Review from Faith Alýce B.

Can you say fraud fraud fraud.... If I could leave a 0 I would. The end of June we ordered a so called leather jacket received it 4 weeks beyond the promised date to find out it was nothing like their website claimed it was. We started the return process and we returned it and they confirmed it was received and as of this date November 29th 2022 we have never received a refund for $275 jacket. So then I asked if I could order something else for that same price, which I was given the opportunity to do so. I ordered a leather back pack on November 1st and so far November 29th the shipment has not arrived and all I keep hearing from the company is you will get it in 5 to 6 days. This is what they continue to say over and over without even sending a tracking confirmation.Review from Mayeline G

Purchased two jackets and returned them. Company never issued refund. 3 months of constant follow up and calling, with many responses promising a refund, but no luck. $300 dumped on nothing. Worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headacheReview from Allen W

I am writing this review as a warning to future customers. I ordered a jacket the first week in July 2022, I was expecting to receive it at the end of July. its Sept.12th and I still don't have it. I've emailed them only to get empty promises twice that I would get it in the next 5 to 6 days. they mentioned they were giving me a $30 refund the third time I emailed them, but this has not happened either. Fake reviews from Pakistan where this business runs! I ordered my jacket and it was not delivered, I asked for cancelation and still they did not cancel and played games with me wasting my time! FRAUD, this business should be banned in the U.S.! Items do not match pics on the site, and when you try to return it they will take month to send you a label and then not refund your money! How the U.S. and consumer protection is allowing this fraudlant company to rip off Americans!!!!Review from Roberta S

Lexther has The worst service I have ever witnessed. Someone ordered a jacket in March, it is July still no jacket. They do not contact you back for weeks. No tracking numbers, when you receive your item, the first jacket that was ordered, paper work is not legit. I have worked in invoicing before. If that is what they call an invoice. Help these people. I did not order from them and never will. I suggest no one does it is a scam….
