I ordered clothing on November 12th with the promise that if ordered by December 2nd it would arrive before Christmas. It did not. It arrived around the 2nd week of January. Apon inspection one of the shirts was of very poor quality and workmanship. I returned it with promise of a replacement. I contacted the company, they said the new shirt was delivered and sent tracking information. I never received it. I emailed again telling them that the post office said it was delivered but they have no proof of where it was delivered. They did not respond as of yet. I asked for a refund and they still have not respondedBusiness response

March 31, 2023BePromoting has been in contact numerous times with the customer. We have apologized for the delay in production and delivery. Due to the holiday season and stock limitations, we were not able to meet the original scheduled delivery date. There was communication with the customer via email and updates were sent as we received them. The customer was dissatisfied with the placement of the logo which we took full responsibility for and replaced. The customer also did not like the fabric of the garment. This is something that the online store selects, not bePromoting. As a courtesy, we replaced the item and provided a new brand. We have been in communication with the customer via email and phone about the replacement. We have a shipping confirmation that the item was sent on 2/13/23 and delivered on 2/15/23. The refund was processed on 2/7/23.
