NEVER HIRE ***************** AND GREAT VALLEY LANDSCAPING AND POOLS! ***************** is a liar, a cheat, a fraud, and a con-artist. We hired him for a large job (refurbish an inground swimming pool, remove and replace cement deck and patio, walkway, and steps). The problems began almost on day 1. It is almost 3 months later, and the job is still not done. ***************** now says that he is "too busy" to do our job, although it was completely his fault that the job kept getting delayed! He had a "family emergency;" he didn't pay the pool subcontractor; he failed to contact us and never replied to phone calls, emails, or text messages, etc. ***************** also sent an inappropriate response to one of my text messages where he stated that my husband "sucked a good c*ck!" Not only is our job not finished, ***************** and his crew damaged the structure of our pool, our sidewalk, our driveway, and our fence, and ripped up our yard when removing the existing cement at our property. He also owes us about $8,000 for things we paid for and he never did. It would have been better if he had never shown up! We are contacting a lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

John A***, owner of Great Valley Landscaping and Pool is nothing but a liar and a thief. We found multiple customers in our area who faced the same issues as us with this business. We hired him for a project in January 2023 and problems started on day one. Our Township fined him for not following the proper building permit require***t. He was then consistently late to meet all deadlines he originally promised, justifying each delay with more lies and unrealistic excuses. His own supplier (concrete company) came to our house requesting pay***ts for material that John A*** failed to pay to them. After constant disappoint***ts and lies, we decided to confront John A*** about his unprofessional behavior, and during this conversation, he started to physically cry and promised on his “children’s life” (very disturbing commit***t) that he was going to finish the project the following week. He left and never came back. Not being able to reach out to him by phone or email for several weeks, we decided to engage in legal action requesting pay***t for all the missing machinery and the cost to finish our project. John A*** shortly after paid us the full amount requested. Never hire John A*** and Great Valley Landscaping and Pool, and if unfortunately, you did, your only way out is to hire a lawyer to recover what is due to you.
