  **** ********************** this company has called me hundreds of times trying to sell me buffers. I have no idea why she would be calling me and just wish she would stop. I've blocked her number and email address, but today she used my website form to contact me. I told her to stop and received a nasty message in return where she called me rude and stated that she was not a spammer. She is the definition of an extremely annoying spammer, and is refusing to stop harassing me. I want all communication from this company to my phone, email and website to stop. I also want this company to tell me what they will be doing to punish this out of control employee and ensure that she does not continue to harass me or other businesses.

  I am sorry to email you.  I have received your complaint you filed with the BBB, and I felt I must address this with you directly.  First allow me to give you my sincere apologies for the experience you had with our Representative.  I can assure you this is not a common practice we have.  I have been in sales in many different industries and have found the firearm industry to be my personal favorite.  My reasons for this is how all of the people I have met in this field are like a big extended family.  For this reason I would like to offer my apologies and assure you this situation has been delt with in the strictest way possible.  I can assure you, you will not be receiving another email or phone call from this individual ever again, at least from her at this company.  I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention, and allowing me to deal with her personally. 

   

  We have decided to terminate her employment, for this is not how we conduct business here.  I would like to again apologize to you for the inconvenience and if there is anything I can do for you please feel free to call me directly.
