During the second week of May, I contacted Karl P****** *** Handyman Service to install outdoor porch blinds. He quoted me $200 and stated that he would install the blinds on Saturday, May 14th. He arrived on May 14th and said he didn't have the tool he needed with him and would return to install the blinds on Saturday, May 21th. He took one of the blind brackets to match it with what he needed to install the blinds. He was a no show on Saturday, May 21th. I texted and called him multiple times. I also left him a voicemail but haven't heard from the handyman service. I had to return the original blind and reorder another blind because of the missing bracket. The installation has been delayed by approximately two months because of the reorder due to the missing bracket.Business response

I never took anything I was going to install this on wood but it was brick. When I quoted a different amoinut for the job, thsy decided they could not afford it.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. He’s being dishonest. He took a bracket that holds the blind. He also never provided another quote and we never stated that we couldn’t afford it. I have witnesses if needed.
