I"ve been a Planet Fitness member over 8 years.i transferred from the Latrobe PF on 6-13-19 to Rosstraver#**** because I got promoted 10 minutes from that club. I used PF on occasion in the evenings until i was in a car accident and suffered a dislocated pelvis. I called the club and spoke to manager (***?) and stated i was injured and wanted to cancel he told me he'd copy my doctors papers and he would put me on a medical hold instead and that after a few months I could come back. I never went back yet they started charging again. Soon the gyms were shut down for quarantine and i got a promotion an hour away.I called to cancel stating that I still had medical issues and he said i need to come in physically and sign paperwork.I told him I lived over an hour away and It hurt to drive he said then just send a letter. I sent the letter and received no response. I followed that up with a phone call and a female worker said that manager would call me back.I sent an email to his PF email account that she had given me. In the email I asked him to cancel my account.He called and said that they couldn't do it that way that I needed to come in and I reminded him that I could not come in because I live too far away and had pelvis issues and that i'd sent a letter.Gave me the runaround.I have not used the membership since 2019.I've was diagnosed with a pulmonary disease **** after I had COVID. I've never received any replies back from anyone from any emails I've sent .The website redirects you when you click contact us.They make it impossible to cancel.On 8-31-22 I sent another email to the company's membership email asking them to cancel.I received no reply. This membership needs canceled and I want refunded from my last email at least from 8-31-22. I cant dispute this with the bank they said that I need to cancel.This needs to end now. I've attached the email that I could still find the other ones were sent from a dead email address.My medical issues started in 2019.Customer response

I just want to let you know that they have not tried to contact me yet they did charge me again today another ***** monthly membership for something that I asked them to cancel last August 31, 2022. My complaint ID number is ********.
