My four year old son wanted to try karate, so I signed him up for 6 months. He is not interested and never wants to go, and I do not want to continue our membership. I have requested to end it, and the owners want me to come in and sign more paperwork to temporarily freeze the membership. I want to cancel, I no longer want to be affiliated with this business. Per the contract, I sent a notice of cancellation through certified and first class mail. The certified mail was returned to me as unclaimed. My dad tried calling the studio, when he spoke with someone they told him he had the wrong location and refused to answer any of his questions. When my dad called the Royersford studio, no one answered or returned his voicemails. My dad also mentioned the individual speaking on the voicemail was the same individual he originally spoke with that told him he had the wrong location. I would like my childs membership terminated immediately.
