This company was hired to transport five people, and two pieces of luggage each. What arrived to pick us up was a **** ********. It was five of us, and the vehicle only holds five people, including the driver. The driver stated that there was a mix up with our reservation. He informed me that I had to wait for him to drop the four people off and that I had to wait for him to return. That whole process would take an hour. I took an **** instead.The same driver and vehicle arrived to pick us up. He was informed that we were waiting for the second vehicle. We waited an hour for the second vehicle. When it arrived, the driver had her daughter, with her baby, car seat in the back and the back row was dirty. It was an unprofessional experience.I called NEPA on October 6, when I returned home, and requested a refund of $44. As of this date, I have not received my refund. I left a message on October 28 again requesting my refund. As of today, no response.I am requesting monies due to me for a service that was not performed.
