We placed an order in October 2022 on Mach-Dynamics' website, our credit card was charged the full amount for product, which we did not receive. In December 2022, after sending 5 emails I finally received a response that the product was on backorder until the end of January 2023 and I was asked if we still wanted to keep our order open, I agreed. Since January 2023 I have sent 20 emails--all have gone unanswered--and called several times (trying all extensions) nobody has ever picked up the phone. The story above me from KS is almost EXACTLY what happened to me today from the same cordial gentleman Mark. I was cussed out and called names and told using my order No. he could cancel my order and throw it in the FN trash. Pretty impressive customer service. We will be cancelling our order and requesting a refund. This comany can't possibly be legit.
