I called on 09/27/2023 can canceled my appointment via voicemail since they didnt answer their phones. I received a text on 10/04/2023 reminding me of said appointment and i replied to cancel said appointment and the appointment was for 10/06/2023. It was canceled well over 24 hours and they billed my insurance and are billing myself for a “NO SHOW” when the appointment was canceled and thats illegal for them to be doing and is also insurance fraud. I want this bill to be adjusted to nothing as it was canceled over a week in advance. Account number ***** please help me. Ive called them 3 times now trying to get them to do the right thing and as a medical biller i know the laws and i know what they are doing is illegal in New York State.Business response

This patient has contacted our office and we have researched what was stated. At this time all charges have been cleared off of the patients account, which is now at a zero balance.
