I recently hired Eneix Enterprises to remodel my basement bathroom. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction. Once at my home, the crew members were both knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely hire this company again and would recommend to others.

Eneix ha made two attempts to locate and repair a leak in our roof and has so far been unsuccessful getting to the root cause of the leak. The ************ has a 7 year warranty and the second one has a two year warranty. Eneix initially offered to return and locate the problem, but now has offered only to replace our whole roof which is an eight year old steel roof over a 20 year old asphalt roof which never leaked before. We believe that Eneix has an obligation to remedy the situation, even if further charges apply.Eneix Enterprises Response

The correspondence copied from an email from you is the reason why I feel we are not obligated to return. We happily fixed two separate issues on your roof, that did not start because of our work. You degrade my company every time we are there. Pasted from an email dated August 25 at 9:45 am:*****,Thanks for the update. I can live with the tentative schedule, but I would appreciate your sending only enough people to address the problem. At the last visit there always seemed to be 2-3 people just standing around - eating, on their phones, smoking etc. I dont know whether the ************ had any influence on the $1625 charge for that day, but I wondered?I addressed this correspondence and politely declined to further troubleshoot your issues.Thank you for your review!Review from Caitlyn B

We LOVED working with this company! My parents are elderly and disabled and were approved for a new outdoor wooden ramp and a handicapped shower (they took out the old shower and installed a brand new, beautiful, handicapped accessible shower with a seat and detachable shower head) through the Washington ******************************* Eneix Enterprises had both projects done in less than a week, did not come too early or stay too late and all of their workers were a pleasure to have around, trustworthy and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend and plan on having them do more projects!Eneix Enterprises Response
