      I ordered a package as a gift for coworker while visiting Germany. I was informed it would be delivered on the 14th,. They informed 2 attempts had been made, but could not be accepted. The ****** hotel it was to be delivered to confirmed that they always accept deliveries and never received one from this company. it never arrived at the hotel. I was told it was delivered on the 21st, however, when I checked with the concierge, who keeps records of deliveries, said they received nothing. Gift blooms refused to refund or provide credit. Order was made July 7th with a delivery date of 1-5 business days. I will never do business with this company again. Poor communication and service.

      I ordered balloons and candy to be delivered. I was given an order number and charged $80.75 and told my order would arrive 3 days later. It never arrived. When I tried to contact giftblooms I could not get any response or a phone number. I was obviously scammed.

      I placed an online order with this company, for a cake and flowers, I paid extra for next day delivery for my mothers birthday. I called my mother the day it was supposed to be delivered and she said she hadn't received anything. So I messaged customer support and they told me it says delivered, which wasn't helpful because my mother still hadn't received anything. So I go out and buy a new cake and flowers for my mom, doubling what I had paid. I email the company again, still haven't heard anything, still no delivery. It was 175 dollar order and I'm very frustrated that no one seems to care. Order ******

      I ordered a large bouquet of balloons in 2 specific colors to match the theme of a birthday party I was throwing. The balloons that arrived were all mismatched and not one of them was the color I ordered. It looked like leftover balloons put together. I contacted the company and they were not apologetic and only offered 10% off on my next order.

      On 5/3/22, I placed two separate orders with GiftBlooms. One to be delivered on 5/5/22 and the other to be delivered on 5/7/22. I received an email advising that my 5/7/22 could not be fulfiled and did I wish to have a replacement. I emailed advising that I did not wish replacement as it was a Mother's Day gift. No one has ever responded one way or another advising what the status is; however, my card was charged for that order. I ordered a birthday gift to be delivered yesterday, it never was delivered, no emails advising the status. I have emailed the company multiple times and do not get a response. Please note, my card was charged for this gift as well. The two gifts are totaling approx. $115 and neither one has been delivered or refunded!!

      on Jan 24, 2022, I purchased a bouquet of Cookies and a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my granddaughter i purchased next day delivery my total came to 187.64 Jan 26th came and i called my daughter to see if they got the deliveries yet and she said they had not gotten anything, i emailed the giftblooms to see what was wrong first i was told they could not do it than i was told they were delivered and they would send me proof because they called the person, My daughter was Never called and if i could see the door i can prove its the wrong door, the emails and conversations i had with them are attached. They did not deliver the cookies until 2 days later but no flowers so i paid for next day delivery one made it 2 days late and 1 didn't make it to this day, they stated they would charge me regular shipping once it was delivered, as of today I have paid for next day delivery of 73.00 only to receive one 2 days late and never received the other one, the bouquet was 71.00 they owe me over 100.0 and no one will refund my money I have been trying for 6 days now. I have no proof from them showing what ****** said they had. Please look into this and help me get my money refunded for non-delivery. My daughter lives in a military housing area where a guard's station is less than 300 feet away and a guard is present, NO ONE would have stolen them if they left them at the door.

      My Mom is in ICU with a collapsed lung. I ordered balloons to cheer her, and paid the extra for same day delivery. The balloons were not delivered. I emailed again next day, and again, no response. There is no phone number listed to contract them. Order ID: ******. These people are a scam, and I don't know how they get their rating??

      This message is referenced to order #******; WeHeart photo canvas and #******; choc covered strawberries, candy cake, cheesecake bites, lovely balloons + bear. Items were intended for delivery to a school facility. I utilized the "Live Chat" Feature posted on your website and was told that I could specify a desired delivery date and time. I was informed that the delivery for schools had to be between 8am-2:30pm, thus I proceeded with the order. Additionally, I was told I would need to pay extra for overnight delivery services in order to meet my requested delivery date; however, the delivery to the school took place at 6:30pm-and was only partial of the items according to the tracking number. The partial delivery was refused by an authorized adult. The post-office made attempts to return postage to the merchant, however to no avail. I made multiple attempts to request a refund with the understanding that I would charged a $15 restock fee for perishable items and a full refund otherwise. I have tirelessly reached out to inform them that not all items were delivered and to request a refund for the refused items however after multiple attempts, noone on behalf of the merchant has responded.

      Order a gift set on December 20th 2021. Order # ******.The package was never delivered to the address. There were two attempts made but it could not be delivered. I'm requesting a refund of $161.36, this is the amount paid. Currently I have been charged but no package delivered and the company has written to me they will not refund. I also contacted my Bank(******) to investigate the charge as well.
