I experienced the same issues as those shown here. They had no problem in taking my money for a balloon bouquet to celebrate my dad's 99th birthday. Delivery date was confirmed on the invoice. Also the company assured me that if there was a delay in delivery, I would be notified. Balloons never arrived, nor did an updated delivery date. Sent the company an email, stating the issue and requested a full refund. No reply. These are bad actors and do not operate with fidelity.

Terrible company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They falsely claim on their website that they are accredited by the BBB with an A+ rating, but as you can see here, they clearly are not. I placed an expensive order with them and the delivery date came and gone with nothing. They refused to respond to multiple requests for an order status and finally sent me an email claiming my order was delivered, which it was not. Beware of any business that does not leave a customer service phone number on their website. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company and depending on the outcome of that, I may pursue restitution in small claims court.

I wanted to send birthday cake to my daughter on her birthday so I searched online and this spam website gift bloom popped up. So I ordered Birthday Vanilla Bean Cake and paid $52.99 for the cake and $40.61 for shipping charges on December 2nd 2021 to be delivered on December 4th. So the total amount that I paid was $93.60 which is too high. I entered the name and complete address of the receiver online and it was supposed to be delivered on December 4th to my daughter but it was never delivered. This company has no phone number to contact. It has only small text box on their website. Once I enter the details, the info was sent to them and no response received. So the only option was via email. When I tracked the UPS tracking number which I received from them in email, it said address is incorrect. When I contacted UPS toll free number, I was told that only the sender should update the correct address and not me. So I sent email to the cake company and asked them to provide correct address to UPS but they never did and finally the cake was returned to the sender on December 16th. So I requested for the full refund but the cake company lied to me and sent email saying the cake was delivered to my daughter. Please help me to get full refund from this scam company.
