      This business charged me $2189 for a procedure to get rid of fat around my stomach as well as tone my stomach. Whatever they did to me has caused excess fat and skin in that area and I believe I was conned and mistreated. The location told me that I had lost inches based on their measurements but never actually showed me that was true although it is not needed - if they did not lie about this procedure my clothes would fit better rather than no longer fitting. It was told six weeks it takes to show results it’s been over and my problem is now worse as a result of them.

Our clinic, Quantum Klinik, takes pride in providing high-quality services to our clients, and we strive to ensure that each client receives the best possible care. However, it is essential to note that there are certain limitations and protocols in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services. 

      Firstly, Ms. ******** ******  claims that our service was not working properly. We understand the frustration this may have caused, but it is important to note that our clinic has a well-established protocol for addressing any service-related issues. This protocol includes reporting any concerns to our staff immediately, allowing us to rectify the situation promptly. However, in this case, Ms. ******** ****** did not follow the established protocol and failed to notify our staff of the alleged service issues during her visits. 

      Furthermore, it is important to highlight that our clinic does not provide refunds for services rendered, as stated in our terms and conditions, which Ms. ******** ******  agreed upon availing our services. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the financial stability of our clinic. We believe it is crucial for clients to be aware of our policies and terms before engaging our services. 

      In light of the above, we would like to propose a resolution to address Ms ******** ******'s concerns. We are willing to offer ** ****** a complimentary consultation with our senior practitioner to discuss the alleged service issues and explore potential solutions. This will provide an opportunity for us to understand the situation better and determine if any adjustments or additional services can be provided to address their concerns.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The owner who is claiming this was not brought up in a timely manner was the same person who said it would be weeks after before results my results are the opposite of what was advertised.
