My Aunt ****************************** passed away in March 31, 2021 . The Vise President / Trust officer / Bank Executor of Woodlands Bank ,***** *******. Also Representative and Tittle, and I think she is Power of attorney or the Executor of will or maybe both. I'm Not sure. I was notified of what was to be of My fair share of My inheritance of My Aunt. In That letter From Woolands Bank Attorney and Woodlands Bank. They want Me to sign the letter AND have it Notorized. that States that I have already received said Money. Which I have Not. And by signing it, To Me it is saying that by me signing it, I dismiss Them of Any Wrong doing And Bind any wrong doing toMyself and said beneficiaries . THEY ARE BLACK MAILING ME TO SIGN THAT PAPER BEFORE THEY GIVE ME MY INHERITANCE CHECK. I Do Not want to sign the paper that I disagree with. How is it Legal that they can do this ? I and other relatives think there was alot of wrong doing even when my Aunt was alive. The internet shows her house ( ** ******** **** Williamsport PA ***** ) was sold 9-22-2020 the year before she passed away in nursing home ***** **** March 31 2021. There Alot of Red Flags Alot different things. We don't even know who admitted her. Reminds me of that Movie - * **** **** where that lady takes custody of a woman, puts her in Nursing Home , sells her home, belongings, takes All of her money. None of us have money to hire detective to figure this out. Apparently as I was told. her father cuts these Senior Citizens grass, gets friendly with them. The. Introduces his Daughter ******** ******* from WOODLANDS BANK. Befriends them. Talks them into having her take care of matters. I was told this happened before. Unfortunately for Me, it is hear say. My cousin is the one that knows about alot of the wrong doing. And she has a witnessBusiness response

On April 14, 2016, ****************************** (***) granted Woodlands Bank, Trust Department (WB) Power of Attorney (POA) for all financial matters (see attached POA). When *** was transported to the hospital after being found on the floor by one of her friends in 2020, Woodlands Bank Trust Department was notified by ***’s attorney that she was in the nursing home and that WB was her financial POA.
After ******** *******, Vice-President & Trust Officer visited with *** at the nursing home, it was agreed that WB would take over in paying ***’s bills. ******** ******* met ***’s friend at ***’s personal residence to gather financial information. At that time, some jewelry items were taken into WB custody and brought to the bank to be put in a safe deposit box for safekeeping.
***’s property was sold out of necessity prior to her passing. *** was in a nursing home and there were not enough funds available to continue paying for her care. The home was put up for sale with a realtor, and the sale of the home was approved by the Woodlands Bank Directors Trust Committee. All other items that were able to be sold (including the jewelry items being held by Woodlands Bank), were sold by an auctioneer.
Upon ***’s death, Woodlands Bank was the Estate Executor. A first and final accounting of the Estate was filed and accepted by the court. (attached)
A standard Receipt and Release Form was presented to the beneficiaries of the estate by the estate attorney, **** *****. *** ***** requires the form to be signed in order to release the funds to the beneficiary. A copy of the form provided to *** ********** is attached for reference. A notary was made available to *** ********** at WB, if he wanted to sign the form and receive his check. We cannot release the check until the signed form is received, per the advice of the estate attorney.
The accusations by *** ********** regarding ******** *******’s father are completely false. Her father has never mowed grass for any senior citizen, except himself.Customer response

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:
II should Not be Blackmailed into signing , having to have it Notorized. And Woodlands Bank Did NOT offer any Notify services. The Document they want Me to sign and have Notorized. To my knowledge forgives them of Any wrong doing and Binds Myself to it. They Will Not give Me My inheritance check Black mailing me into signing it, by Not handing it over.
Regards,
