Said company picked up our trash 3 weeks out of the 4 in the month of July. Company was emailed with no response until nearly a month later when our trash was not picked up again. When CSR spoke with us they informed us they were changing companies, employees not showing up for work, and that they would look into having someone come out and pick up the trash we had paid for, no one has. We also requested for a pro rated refund for the missed weeks for the months of July and August service. To us, this company had no problem doing auto pay every month, however, they recently have not met their obligation. This could be considered a health issue, that I didn't mark, due to the fact that flies have now infested our can with maggots and the potential of wild life being attracted to heated trash.Business response

We as a company make no excuses for the poor service recently provided by our company. We have faced many challenges as a company that we have tried our hardest to overcome and push through. The easy solution to our operations would be to close the company down, but we realize the tremendous challenge this would cause for trash service in our rural community, and the burden it would have on our customers and community. We are in the process of change now that we feel confident will be for the better for our customers and community. I will advise my office staff to contact customer and provide a refund for the time period in question.Customer response
