I called this company and they assure me they could help me get rid of German cockroaches. They only sprayed in my house twice. They keep treating my outside areas that fidnt really have a problem. My problem got worse. I inquired about inside treatment, scheduled an appointment took off work for the appointment and they only sprayed outside. 5 months later my problem not resolved, several hundred dollars spent and no call back from management when complaint filed. I had to pay another company to treat my home. I do not recommend this service. Its a rip off.Review from Miro L

They deserve a zero. Run from this company! I never received a bill for services because they had the wrong email address. I was then sent a collections letter which I paid immediately. That was five months ago. I have contacted both the collection agency and this company many many times over the last five months. I even had a receipt of payment sent to both companies. The collection agency needs rentokil to contact them and cancel the debt which they refuse to do. So the collections company continues to contact me every couple of weeks, and after spending so much time going over the entire story, they understand my position, but continue to tell me that Rentokil is the one that needs to contact them, which they are refusing to do. so I have been in collections for five months for no reason, who knows what this is doing to my credit. Will not allow me to leave a ZERO. I cancelled my service due to many factors, however the main reason that tipped me off the scale was when the technician broke my gate on my fence and rather than tell me about it when he let me know he was leaving, he left it hanging open. I have two dogs that could have gotten out. I did not notice it until later that evening when I went to put my trash on the curb for pick up. I called and cancelled my services. Because I could repair the fence myself, I just fixed and reported it when I cancelled services. Approximately 3 months later I began receiving calls that I owed for 4 months of services. I told them no I do not. After a brief back and forth, and because the $90 was not worth the aggravation, I told the person calling that I will pay after the first of the month when I got my next paycheck. This was approximately mid- month to the 20th of the month. I received four more calls from them after that and prior to the end of the month. The final call I asked if she sees the notes that I said I would pay at the beginning of the month and was told "the notes don't matter. Maybe if you paid your bills, we wouldn't have to call you". After several attempts to reach a manager after that, I did speak to someone about retrieving the recording. I was told that my account would be escalated for a manager to call me. I said that if they just cancel the bill, we can call it even. Due to personal issues, I just spoke to a bankruptcy attorney and said if they wash the bill out, I will not include this on my bankruptcy. I provided the name and number for my attorney. 6 months later I receive an email that I may get sued. I called back to talk to a manager and was told "NO". They would request one to call me. Did not work before. I replied to the email that this is ridiculous and other legal mumbo jumbo. You can never speak to anyone about concerns. They are trained to act ignorant. If I could give a zero, I would. I contracted with ******* for pest control. The guy I spoke to on the phone when inquiring was nice, friendly and prompt. Set up the appointment, all went fine. I was told the next appointment would be set up in 30 days, theyd call me in advance to set it up. Turns out, Im out of town and my security camera picks the employee up unlocking my fence and going around back of my house spraying. Further, they performed a service for mosquitos I never signed up for. Additionally, their until your satisfied or your money back guarantee is trash. They refused to refund this mosquito service I never signed up for totaling over $120. Then when I explained based on your service, the fact we still have spiders and you not living up to your word, I want a full refund and cancellation of all services, I was basically told no, because they performed service. Dont trust this company, they are a bunch of crooks.Review from Gerry S

I am a returning customer. I made the mistake of trying another company and I was so disappointed with the service, I came back to Insect IQ. This company and their techs are always in contact with me as far as when services are going to be provided. They contact me as soon as the service has been completed, and have always been courteous, and available to answer any and all questions. *****Review from Terri A

Active Pest Control Representative showed up at my door this morning and said they were, get this "repossessing termite baits"! Mind you, I've never even heard of this company and they have never been to my home for any reason prior to this morning as far as I am aware! I bought my home in 2016, pay termite control via my mortgage company and haven't seen anyone check my baits. Apparently they purchased the company that provided my termite bond and service the baits but my mortgage company handles payment and I've never questioned it in 8 years of owning my home! I honestly thought he was at the wrong house! He adamant that I hadn't paid my termite service in years and he was repossing the baits! I asked for proof that he was at the correct house - he didn't even have a piece of paper to confirm so I told him to get off my property! He then proceeded to drive off my concrete driveway and into my lawn and said "I will be back with the sheriff!" What?!Upon calling my mortgage company, apparently the check they sent in April is lost and they had no notice of this! It was a phone call and mortgage company is stopping the first check and resubmitting a new one but I have a huge problem with this! I don't want them on my property and would never want to do business with a company like this! Could they send me a notice to let me know they were servicing my home? Or that they were doing a repo of termite baits - long paid for? Better yet if you are coming into my property without notice - bring sheriff and a court order before scaring a single mom first thing in the morning!I am literally beside myself at the audacity! I am in ************** and do NOT recommend this company to anyone!!Review from Aron S

Technician came out and met me at the door. I wen inside and waited ten minutes. His spray rig never turned on and he performed no service and was already gone - although I had alreay been invoiced and paid a total of 690 dollars. I was on the back patio and he never came into the back yard with his spray rig. He had put the sign in my yard and left a card saying he had sprayed the lawn for weeds and associated pests, as well as treating in with fertilizer. No moisture or other residue was present on the yard. Since it was 10 AM it was early enough and cool enough it could not have evaporated in that short time. Called his supervisor. He sent the young man back out. When I asked him directly to his face if he had sprayed the yard, his only response was, "well, I put a card on your door that said what I did." I know when I'm being lied to. Sent him away and called to cancel my service and get a refund of the $690 I had paid in advance. I'm still being ignored on that request.Review from MATTHEW B

20-year Westchester residents. We had a great, long-term experience with ****** Pest Control. We have had the opposite with ****** since they were purchased. They sent us hundreds of dollars of bills for an unrequested "outdoor mosquito spray". We canceled their service in June and they sent us a bill for July. They said they sprayed but we have no record of when they came to the house. When they called for payment they acknowledged the cancelation but said we didn't have a call with "retention" so we weren't canceled.This feels like a hustle. We where having a bee problem and this company was recommended. We had an appointment for service on 9/5/24 between 12-4. The service tech didn't show up till 6. We called the office to get updates but they said they do not contact the tech guys.9/9/24 we had an appointment for a full home inspection that was a no show.9/13/24 we had a appointment for the bee's since they where still active . They where to come between 8-12. No show. Called office ask to speak with a manager and requested a refund for $297.60 which was for the bee treatment. we had also cancelled a service contract with them which they said they cancelled but would not sent a confirmation email. we where told we would get a call with in ***** hours. To date no call.9/14/24 called again was told they would put in paperwork for refund . todate nothing 9/18/24 called to check status of refund, told it was with the District manager ******* and he would be in touch. Dannyi was a very nice person he explain to me about spiders why there seeing more cob webs because of the heat. He was a excellent person. Keep up the good work *****. One more thing I wanted my inside sprayed he informed me I will have to be gone for two hours that was a very hot day he said I should set it up For in the mornings.. I agree.
