I purchased a water pipe Dec.20 th for a present for my son. I have the receipt. When my son used it, he told me its defective, it leaked. I return it today to get an exchange, credit or refund. The owner refused because it was used. That absolutely is senseless because thats how he found out it leaked. The total sum with tax is $52.99. On addition on January 7th we went back to the store and the cashier told me she wasnt authorized for any transaction except selling. Today I called to see if he was available he said to come in. Twice I went with no resolution. There is no store police on the receipt that says absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
