This company is a scam, buyer BEWARE! All they offer is bogus warranties and garbage product with NO customer service help. The company motto must be the customer is always wrong!

The company does not stand behind there garbage products. I tried using the diamond cutting wheel on flashing, a butter knife would cut better. Didnt even open the drill bits. Called to return and I am 14 days past their return policy. Would highly suggest going elsewhere if you expect to make money with your tools

Got these as a birthday present, and was initially disappointed. But after learning that I was running them improperly I started to use them on a higher RPM impact drill. wow what a difference. These work spectacular now. A friend of mine recently bought a set after using mine and it looks like on the box, it has that you need a fast drill and a speed chart now. Very satisfied overall.

I purchased a few of the tools at one of there shows. I found them to be very professional and proud of there tools. I bought the wrong drill set (after being over served). About a month later I went to use them and realized my mistake. I called customer service and the office handled it just as I had hoped. She simply said return them and we will get the other's out to you. She called me to say they are on there way. I love the ones I used, and greatly appreciate there customer service. I highly recommend and will stand by there tools

Absolutely garbage products at unbelievably high prices. I bought a set of drill bits and a cut off wheel and both are garbage. The drill bits cant drill anything definitely worst drill bit Ive ever used and the cut off wheel cant even cut tin. This company is a total scam

Contrary to the previous reviews about customer service, this company has my 100% approval. I ordered the wrong size grinder wheel and called to see if I could change it. My call was answered after the first ring and the woman on the line was very nice and had my questions answered in a few minutes. After ordering another wheel, she noticed I had ordered the wrong one again and I received a phone call from her because she wanted to make sure I got what I needed. She fixed my mistake and refunded the difference.

Spent $500 didnt get the full order and the lady at the company was absolutely rude, the small 5 bits I got are basically worthless, wouldnt drill through wood. Pretty poor quality and the worst customer service anywhere Ive ever dealt with. Dont buy here its a scam and they dont care if it works or not.

Junk. Totally worthless drill bits. Tried 3, all useless. Why are they still in business? This is fraud and anybody that says different is either lying or part of this fraud.

Bad dog tools made in *******? I brought a tool bag at a trade show for $ ****** and the 8 piece Rover bits and cutting / grinding wheel would come in the mail and they did. Well I looked at the Rover bit set and all were made in *****!!! The cutting wheel does not say where it was made and the rest of the items included in the bag does not say made in ******* just says Bad Dog tools. The only thing that says *** on it is the Multi purpose drill bit set but does not say made in ******* it just says ***!If I knew any of this product was made in ***** I've would've never brought any of their tools no matter how good they work! This is very deceptive marketing and I feel like I was fully taken advantaged of. A company that has it straight out there Made in ******* means everything is made in ******* and not just a small portion made in *******. I think bad dog tools should be really ashamed of themselves for trying to make customers believe they are buying ******** made products. How are they going to explain this one. A simple oops will not do!!!By the way the first time my employee used one of the bits it didn't even finish drilling one hole and yes it was at high speed and under pressure.
