This is in response to Cranston Auto Ignition.
I do not accept this response by him because it's not true!
The only work ************* ever did on my car Was to fix my heat.
A relay  was put in.Yes they did a terrible job.
However the only thing wrong with my car. When I called **** was my ignition cylinder was locked and broken!
There were no other things broken!
      My wipers and motor worked.
      My washer pump worked.
There were no lights on my dashboard on!
When **** did The cylinder.Everything started going wrong.
I had two places look at my car and AutoZone analyzed it twice.
They said the steering column was improperly aligned!
      Which makes complete sense!
You can see the cylinder isn't flush with the steering column.
Not to mention the key he gave me from a junk yard.
      Where's my original key!
      The insides were taken out.
I.can back everything I am saying.
With receipts and I never called The Cranston ***************** on him.
      Why would I do that!
      This is insanity.
I'm only asking for a refund of the work not any parts
Now I will have to spend twice the amount of money for what he broke.
I never thought he had any malicious intentions.
I saw him as a good man .
However I will not be able to get my car inspected or registered!
He said he wouldn't touch my car do for anyone else to work on it.
I will have to pay double unless he gives me some sort of refund.
I tried to talk to him but he was upset and said my conversation was being recorded by his attorney.
I don't like filing these complaints!
However I don't like people taking advantage of me and the little money I have
Why should I pay for things he broke!
I sincerely ask that **** be reasonable and at least refund my money except for any parts .
