All Guns were purchase New and I have receipts. I had purchase a Firearm from gun broker a Glock 22 Gen 5 and had it sent by FFL to ***'s Firearm services I did all paper work but left the firearm to get the slide milled and put ameriglo night sights put on it and a Holoson 509T with a Calculated Kinetics Dog Plate. The red dot in which I purchase from optics planet along with Glock extended enhance parts ect I also left a Glock 20 Gen 5 Mos to get Ameriglo night sights put on it and a Holoson SCS Green *** optic along with a Tungsten Guide Rod. I been trying to contact this business for two weeks no sign on the door or windows No return Phone Calls No return Email s or no Text about my firearms being ready to be pick up I went by the business A dozen times and nobody there the phone jus rings.Initial Complaint

On January 24,2022 I had made an online order with MidwayUSA. On January 25,2022 MidwayUSA had informed me through email that my purchase had been shipped to the FFL Dealer that I had chosen in the past. Which is Jim’s Firearm repair service LLC in Johnston RI.Very close to home and have have done business with Jim’s shop before.Never had any complains,Very polite.My concern is I have not able to get a hold of anyone at the business to finalize my order. My order is fully paid for and I have fulled out the proper paperwork and have got the approval for the paperwork. Jim himself called me Thursday Feb 10,2022 at 11:33AM to let me know all background checks had been done and had gotten approve. The only problem I had was I had to wait until Tuesday Feb 15,2022 (10-5) to come in for pick up. I didn’t question it and said ok. It was a pretty busy weekend with the Super Bowl. It really didn’t bother me. Today is Friday Feb 18,2022 and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at this business to finalize the order. I have called so many times with no answer and they have no voicemail. Now it’s saying the number is no longer in service. I have emailed, Facebook messenger, I have been to the business with doors closed. My hands are tide here, I don’t know we’re else to trying to resolve this issue. Please help. Thank you.
