I placed an order with White Horse Vapor on September 2, 2024 and it is September 12, 2024 and I have not received my order. I spoke with my financial institution and there was a transaction from them on September 2, 2024 deducting my order total of $59.28. I have sent emails and no responses besides the automated ones. I did receive an email when I first placed the order on 9-2-24 stating my order was approved and had an order number. I spoke with *** Ex and they said the tracking number they gave me shows they only created a label but never shipped the package that I needed to contact the shipper. Horrible service, cant you get in touch with anybody with customer service and they leave your orders in limbo but take your money once you place your order as they will blame it on the carrier. They will never take responsibility for what they do. they have an automated message to everyone of your emails and concerns. Theyve put in place to where they dont have to respond to you until within 24 to 48 hours. Which they never do and also their time date stamp is 3 to 5hrs off of what you actually seen your email. I sent an email in and the time date stamp 10:30am and the time that was on the email info was 3:40. The bad thing is I am 25 minutes from there, ********** ***** distributing office. Pretty much poor everything with this company. I would definitely not recommend this company, which has a horrible communication level to which Ive never seen.White Horse Vapor Stores, LLC Response

something reel scammy going done in this stable. first order took nearly a month just to start shipping (for about $16), 2nd order was canceled on me last ********** still waiting for a response on when, if, or why I am not getting that money refunded to me. White Horse is the absolute best company I have ever dealt with. Their products are top of the line, their prices are unbeatable, their shipping speed is insanely fast but the most amazing thing about this company is the people who work there. I have never had someone from a company personally contact me because an item I ordered was out of stock and they wanted to see if together we could come up with an alternative that would make me happy. I have dealt with one particular employee, ******, several times and he has gone above and beyond every time to help me. I dont know where White Horse found him but they are lucky to have him. The customer service team helped me with an issue even though I had waited months to open the box to realize that there was a problem. Most companies would be like too bad so sad.. not White Horse.. they gladly helped me with my problem. It is so refreshing to deal with people who are friendly, helpful and clearly enjoy their jobs. I honestly cant say enough great things about this company. If you are looking to buy vapes online White Horse is where I would 100% recommend going!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
