On February 15, 2023, we engaged Transaction Cloud for payment gateway services. My company, Vortex ********** relied on them to collect payments from our customers on our behalf. We worked with ********************** for approximately one year until they suddenly suspended our merchant account and held our funds amounting to $25,000.Upon contacting Transaction Cloud, they informed us that our funds would be released after six months to ensure any potential chargebacks could be refunded. After mutually agreeing to this period, six months have now passed. When we contacted Transaction Cloud again to release our remaining funds, they responded unprofessionally, accusing us of fraudulent business practices, and then ceased all communication.Our request is simple: Transaction Cloud should release our funds, as they rightfully belong to us, not to *********** waiting time is already ******* Thank you for your attention to this matter.Customer response

This vendor's account was suspended for breaching our terms of service. The vendor engaged in unethical practices by making false promises to customers in exchange for purchasing their products. Consequently, the vendor experienced over ten times the average rate of chargebacks and customer complaints. This negatively impacted our business operations and damaged our reputation.Customer response

I would like to inform you that Transaction Cloud has withheld $25,000, which has not yet been returned to us. If there is a chargeback, we are willing to agree to a refund for that specific transaction. However, the remaining balance must be returned to us. Additionally, I kindly request that the case be reopened until the full amount is refunded.Business response

This vendor's account was closed due to following illegal tactics of promising to purchase customers vehicle and making them buy inaccurate auto reports. As a result customers have filed many complaints and chargebacks against this vendor. Also, this vendor is unable to provide additional ID verification for KYC and AMFL regulations.Business response

i haven't received my fund which is still hold with transaction cloud, I would like to inform you that Transaction cloud never asked to update any KYC if they have proof to show. My only concern to give my funds back. I hope they should understand

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Transaction Cloud, a financial services provider, regarding their failure to process payments totaling $2816 USD, as stipulated in our contractual agreement.On March 8th, I anticipated receiving payments amounting to $2816 USD through Transaction Cloud's payment processing system. However, to my dismay, these payments were not executed as expected. Despite my persistent efforts to address this matter with their customer support team, I have encountered only silence and a lack of resolution.Attached herewith is our contractual agreement with Transaction Cloud, which outlines the terms and conditions governing our transactional relationship: [ ***************************************************************************************************************************** ]. Furthermore, I have provided a screenshot from my account, clearly indicating the outstanding balance: [ **************************** ].It is imperative to highlight the urgency of this matter, as Transaction Cloud's unresponsiveness is exacerbating the situation. The vendors invoice was unpaid to assess returns and refunds risk. Since this was completed the vendor has been paid. This can be confirmed by contacting the vendor.
